The CEO Tax Review Guarantee. The CEO Tax Review is a paid, one-hour, one-on-one diagnostic session. We guarantee that during your review we will identify at least $2,000 in potential tax savings opportunities based on the information you provide. If we do not, you may request a full refund of your session fee.

How to claim the guarantee. To be eligible, you must: (1) complete and submit your intake form and requested documents (including your most recent applicable tax return) at least 48 hours before your scheduled session; (2) attend the full scheduled session; and (3) submit a refund request by email to info@thetaxceo.com within 7 days of your session. Refunds under the guarantee are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of an approved request.

What "potential savings" means. "Potential tax savings opportunities" are identified deductions, credits, structuring changes, or planning strategies that may reduce your tax liability. These are estimates based on the information you provide and are not a guarantee of any specific refund, result, or dollar amount from any taxing authority. Actual results depend on your facts, your implementation, and applicable law.

Cancellations and rescheduling. You may reschedule at no charge up to 48 hours before your session using the link in your confirmation. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your session receive a full refund. Because your file is reviewed in advance, sessions cancelled within 48 hours are non-refundable, though you may reschedule once.

No-shows. If you do not attend your scheduled session and did not reschedule at least 48 hours in advance, the session fee is non-refundable.

Payment plans / financing. Where offered, installment or "pay over time" options are provided by third-party providers through our payment processor. Your agreement for those installments is with that provider and subject to their terms. Guarantee and cancellation terms above still apply to the service itself.
