1. Who we are. This website, thetaxceo.com, and the services offered through it are operated by LBE Consulting, DBA The Tax CEO ("The Tax CEO," "we," "us," "our"). By using this site or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Age. You must be at least 18 to use this site or purchase services.
3. Services. We offer professional tax review, strategy, and related services, including the CEO Tax Review. Details and pricing of each service are described on the relevant page and may change over time.
4. Not a substitute for a formal engagement. Purchasing a CEO Tax Review is a diagnostic service. It does not by itself create an ongoing tax-preparation, representation, or advisory engagement unless we separately agree to one in writing.
5. Your responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information and documents. The quality of your review depends on the accuracy of what you provide. We are not responsible for outcomes affected by incomplete or inaccurate information.
6. Payment. Services require payment at the time of booking unless stated otherwise. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Refund and guarantee terms are governed by our Refund & Guarantee Policy.
7. Educational content. Content on this site, in our newsletters, and in related materials is for general educational and informational purposes and is not personalized tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice.
8. Intellectual property. The content, design, and materials on this site are owned by The Tax CEO and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission. Written deliverables provided to you as part of a paid service are for your own personal and business use.
9. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Tax CEO is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.
10. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
11. Changes. We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use means you accept the current Terms.
